Initial counselling is always free. For most applications — where universities partner with Sarem — we charge zero processing fees. For tuition-free or very low-cost public universities (like Germany’s public system), where universities don’t compensate consultancies, we charge a transparent processing fee discussed upfront. You always know the exact cost before proceeding.
