Dublin Business School, TU Dublin, Griffith College, NCI, ICD, and IBAT do not require work experience for MBA or MSc. Trinity MBA requires 3โ€“5 years and UCD Smurfit MBA requires 3 years. Maynooth University (outside Dublin) also offers a No GMAT, No work experience MBA.

On a Stamp 2 student visa, you can work 20 hours per week during term and 40 hours during holidays. At Ireland’s minimum wage of โ‚ฌ14.15/hour (from January 2026), this amounts to approximately โ‚ฌ18,000โ€“โ‚ฌ20,000 per year โ€” enough to cover a significant portion of living costs in Dublin.
